The ancient "Mastri Fornai" claimed that the ingredients for a high quality product were four: mountain wheat, spring water, pure air and processing.
To these four ingredients we also add experience and passion for this ancient and noble craft.

Right from the start, to respond to a particular market need, we started a new adventure by inaugurating the Locanda 5 pani, our factory completely dedicated to the production of snacks and typical bakery products.
